Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
At least 15 years’ experience in servicing / trouble shooting of Centrifugal Pumps, DG Sets, Diesel Engines, Control panels etc. out of which 5 years should have been on a Supervisory / Managerial role.
Well experienced in leading the service team, handling / delegating customer queries, providing after-sales services and managing service operations with focus on profitability.
Significant exposure of planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance programs, recommending cost-effective engineering solutions.
Carry out various checks & inspection of incoming equipment.
Well experienced in resolving technical issues through root cause analysis of problems.
Good relationship management, analytical and communication skills; expertise in managing & maintaining business relationship with clients to achieve quality by resolving their service related issues.
Computer literate. Should be able to communicate with overseas Principals regarding Technical issues and prepare / send Technical reports as and when required.
Candidates with Gulf experience will be preferred.
A valid Bahraini / Gulf driving license is desirable.
